| Summary, etc. | En los últimos años el negocio de alquileres vacacionales ha incrementado su<br/> popularidad, cada año son más los turistas que prefieren alquilar una vivienda<br/> antes que alojarse en un hotel. Si bien hay demanda de alquileres<br/> vacacionales, también hay bastante oferta, y el negocio resulta atractivo tanto<br/> para quien alquila su vivienda (propietario), como para el inquilino (turista).<br/> <br/> En la actualidad las aplicaciones más populares para rentar alojamiento para<br/> vacaciones son Jetsetter, Blink, urRoom y Airbnb; todas ellas para el mercado<br/> europeo. <br/> <br/> Esta investigación pretende solucionar las limitaciones en el servicio de<br/> alojamiento en hostales y hoteles, mediante el desarrollo de una aplicación<br/> para oferta y demanda de viviendas familiares que permitan economía y<br/> seguridad a los turistas, planteando como hipótesis la implementación de una<br/> plataforma para renta de apartamentos por Internet aumentará el nivel de<br/> satisfacción del viajero en la ciudad de Chiclayo. |
