| Summary, etc. | La presente investigación se realizó a nivel laboratorio en la Destilería Naylamp E.I.R.L., con el fin de comparar el porcentaje de eficiencia en fermentación entre la melaza clarificada y melaza sin clarificar con la misma cantidad de floculante AT -50 y a diferentes concentraciones de pH para determinar si el proceso de clarificación de la melaza mejora el porcentaje de eficiencia de fermentación y por ende el rendimiento alcohólico; además determinar el porcentaje de lodos en la clarificación. |
